Overall Satisfaction with Hexnode UEM

We are utilizing Hexnode UEM to monitor our fleet of Samsung tablets throughout the company. We use Hexnode UEM to remotely monitor the tablets and install the various applications that the users will be needing. We are able to monitor the tablet usage and ensure it is functioning properly along with providing remote support for our users as needed.

Hexnode UEM has been a mostly simple to setup and implement software. It has far outperformed our old MDM software that we were using previously. Hexnode UEM is a powerful tool and is perfectly suited for our needs. We were able to seamlessly setup Hexnode UEM and cater it to our specific business needs.
We previously utilized Miradore MDM for all of our tablets and management. We have since made the switch to Hexnode UEM and are migrating all of our tablets to it instead. We have saved money with this switch and we have been able to easily remove our tablets from Miradore and set them up within Hexnode UEM instead.

We enjoy the ability to remotely support our end users with their tablets while they are traveling. I've had the ability to provide support to some of our remote sales users as they are working at a customers location. However, sometimes the remote view can be a bit of a lagging issue that makes things a bit difficult. Though overall this has been a great experience that helps us support our various users throughout the company.
