We have been using Heyo for some time now and have found it to be a great and easy to use software to quickly and easily run the sweepstakes we have planned on all our digital platforms. We also use the marketing campaign creation tool and it is very intuitive and in a few minutes we have a great campaign ready to send.
- It allows the creation of marketing campaigns quickly. It takes no more than an hour to create a complete, eye-catching campaign with all the design and text elements we need to reach more customers on all networks, website and email.
- It has the tool to create sweepstakes and contests in the different social networks (Facebook, Instagram, twitter and on our website) with very customizable formats to adapt them to our products.
- I like that everything we create in the program, is responsive, that is to say that it is perfectly appreciated and adapts to any mobile device, which is great so that all followers, no matter what devices they use, can participate in the contests.
- I wish it had a lot more templates for creating campaigns and contests. Although they are customizable, the designs as such, should vary more and be more current.
- When I upload a video for video contests, the whole system slows down and becomes very cumbersome and the loading gets very slow, taking too long to load.
- To be able to integrate Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns was a big challenge, we tried many times and the program would not integrate, only after several attempts and with the help of technical support.
