Overall Satisfaction with Planful (formerly Host Analytics)
We use Host Analytics in our department on a daily basis and across our subsidiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis. Host has allowed us to decentralize some of our data entry, allowing the subsidiaries to own their data input. Reporting in Host couldn't be easier; once you understand how the dimensions relate to one another, you can report on anything.
- As its in the cloud, our IT team doesn't have to assist very often.
- Multiple subsidiaries across the country (and world) can input data and we can review it in real time.
- The response time in consolidating and processing is amazing!! So much faster than our on-premise solution was.
- I wish the time period went back before 2001. Our management likes to have lots of information in the database. We have formulated a clunky work around but it would be nice to have more time options.
- Allowed us to save money and time.
