Overall Satisfaction with Schoox
We use it for new hires mostly, however we also use it to roll out new products in the restaurant, for instance, new menu items, new software like loyalty, etc. It addresses the issue of making sure everyone is trained without necessarily having to go into the restaurants to do so.
- I am able to select either specific users or jobs based on the material I am training on.
- It allows deadlines to be set, so if we are rolling out new menu items and we need everyone to view the material prior to the go-live date.
- I think it can be less complex, meaning there are too many levels of things which can make it complicated to understand as an administrator.
- The interface can get a little busy.
