Overall Satisfaction with HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC)
We use it for all our district infrastructure for campus switch networks. It takes care of our alarms, script change updates, reports and changes etc.
- Alarm notification
- Reporting and inventory
- Easy GUI and very good with compatibility with other switched network
- Easy management interface and maps
- More Cisco switch support such as nexus
- SNMP walker tool needs a little improvement
- Fresh look for the Gui
- Positive impact would be we are still purchasing licenses for the product has been very dependable
- The cost has been within our budget which affects our entire business
Cause of the great gui and easy management can be customized to your liking. The awesome topology maps you can make easy to change make it your own design. Great support. Don't need a large database to run. Can handle multiple users at once with ease. Overall a great product recommend to anyone.
