Overall Satisfaction with Hyperproof

I use Hyperproof as an HR Admin to support the IT Team during a SOC2 (service organization controls) Audit to provide documents, clarity, and respond to tickets.

Pros

  • Ticket and Order Management
  • Assigning multiple people to view and access a task with different fields
  • Document upload and tagging

Cons

  • I find the UX (user experience) a tiny bit confusing to navigate but don't have many cons
  • I'm not fully qualified to answer this but I do think it has been really beneficial for our IT teams and made SOC2 audits simple.
Hyperproof was relatively easy for me to learn but a few times slightly confusing.

I have used it as an HR professional to support IT in various audits. It is helpful to be assigned specific tasks and only have the needed visibility and not see everything. Answering the tasks/controls and uploading documents has been pretty straightforward and I can easily be tagged or asked follow up questions.
