As a hyperscaler (AWS) we work with IBM Apptio to increase adoption, performance and efficacy for Apptio's user and customers. we are working with IBM and Apptio to identify go to market opportunities as well as incentives for increased customer engagement. We are also working with IBM and Apptio to help with the migration and integration of the two companies.

We use AI services to model, forecast workloads, and provide analytics on user and company data for our customers. For customers to be able to get additional insight on their spend on AI services and how their are using the Gen AI uses case would be a game changer for an enterprise.

I have had interactions with the Apptio team on customer support issues how we can help rectify a roadblock for any of the Apptio teams. We have been able to get detail information on the issue as well as details on how we can help with the issue for a faster resolution.

The ability for the tool to integrate with other cloud systems is critical to many organizations. Most organizations have multiple tools and want API level connectivity to their tools via dashboards . This enables organizations to utilize the full potential of the tool and its features to their whole organization effectively

Evaluation Lessons Learned

I would do additional research to see what other tools are out there in the field that compete with Apptio and compare things like features, costs, reliability and scalability. Having engineers or customer in my organization test out the Apptio tool before selecting the tool will also be helpful before I proceed with my selection
