Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio
We budget, forecast, and monitor IT and Tech Digital spend in Zoetis. ApptioOne allows us to monitor actual spending and provides reports based on our IT hierarchy. We do not use ApptioOne for projects, they just loaded at this point for fcst, budget, and actuals.

- Ability to connect with other systems to load data
- Intuitive way of usage

- Addressing open IT tickets
- Build on variance reporting
- Build of variance reporting in multi year budgets and forecast (plans)
- Acceleration of ad hoc analysis
- Reduce forecasting cycle
We are not using ApptioOne MX... we do different scenarios of plans or labor.
- Cloudability
We are not using any of them, but we are considering both options in our future roadmap.
Nicus had no all FX. Anaplan was a blank page with an expensive price from Deloitte to develop.
