Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

In our organization, we use IBM Apptio for Cost Transparency and ITP. Replace spreadsheets by utilizing ITP nd CT to transform data and modeling.

  • I think there is room for improvement in IBM Apptio because, in my opinion, the ITP (IT Planning) interface a bit clunky
  • I think there is room for improvement in IBM Apptio with the ITP navigation
I gave IBM Apptio this usability rating because, in my opinion, IBM Apptio Reporting needs to be improved to include BI (business intelligence) platform
