Overall Satisfaction with IBM Blueworks Live
We used it to document processes for sales and service teams. It was a starting point for developing more formal documentation for our teams giving us a central location that we could use for discussions.
Pros
- Easy to learn and implement
- Good for high level initial design
- Customer support was helpful when we had questions
Cons
- It was not an ideal tool for shoring up existing documented processes; it is more appropriate for new development
- Integration with other documentation tools could be better
- Made collaboration with sister teams easier
- Provided a common language and documentation to streamline our processes
