Overall Satisfaction with IBM Clinical Development (ICD)

Within our organization [IBM Clinical Development (ICD)] is used across departments- Data management, Monitoring, Project management, Clinical support. It supports corresponding services from clinical trials study builds and data management; to monitoring, study and site management and throughout study completion.
  • Data management activities from initial study build and development
  • Report generating , data listing capabilities
  • System interoperability, within system i.e. availability of various modules
  • System interoperability, across systems i.e. data integration
  • Monitoring management module
  • Project management module
  • Direct data capture
  • Ideally EMR integration
  • Positive impact ongoing time and cost savings.
Similar database use is mainly study specific.
In my experience and from user feedback [IBM Clinical Development (ICD)] is very user friendly and has all the basics covered, and can be reasonably customized as needed.
Support is always very quick to respond and helpful in addressing resolving questions.
