Overall Satisfaction with Zelta
Zelta by Merative is one of the preferred EDC vendors that is being used in widely used in our organization. I have been using Zelta for designing the study databases and also as one of the end users of these EDC, and the experience so far has been amazing! The best part of working with Zelta is that it is very user-friendly. Thereby reducing the overall turn around time of any activity, and thus reducing the cost and the time spent on building and maintaining a project on Zelta.
Pros
- User-friendly database build module. Thus enabling study builds in record times.
- Effective Randomization and Inventory management module.
- Zelta has one of the amazing technical support teams in the industry.
Cons
- We cannot have multiple study accesses for a study in the studies supported by Zelta. eg. Coder and Data manager.
- Though all the study-build related errors are flagged on the study-build page, some errors like incorrect dynamics applied, which eventually affects the subject PDF extraction, reports, etc.
- When the study is imported from another Zelta studies, certain attributes remain running in the background even if it seems to be disabled.
- Time Saving - We could deliver a fully functional eCRF within the record time of 15 days.
- Cost Saving - Reduces the overall turn around time thus eventually helping stay within the budget.
- Prompt customer support team thus helping in before time resolution of issues.
I haven't got an opportunity to evaluate any products.
