Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Object Storage

I use it for personal purposes to test data sets, and it works great for this use.
  • It's easy to access.
  • Great community help.
  • Free storage.
  • Difficult to navigate between notebooks.
  • I cannot quantify it yet, however, I can tell that the user-friendly interface made life easier.
It's well suited for the cases where a user wants to test smaller data sets for free.

IBM Cloud Support and Implementation

Implementation was real smooth as the steps after account creation were laid out pretty clearly. It is also a plus that the steps are explained in other languages as well. It took more time than expected but it was also related other projects that got in the way of implementation.
Advanced - As far as I know there are no Advanced vs Premium plans, there are Lite and Standard plans. Lite plan is free and Standard plan allows you to pay for what you used. We went with Standard plan since Lite plan has only 10GB data retrieval option. In the Standard plan, there is no retrieval cost.
IBM has a great support system. I'm not only referring to the call and chat services they provide, but they also have good platforms for forums. In addition to the guidelines they provided and the user interface itself were very beneficial for self help. Once when I had a question I was provided with step by step guidelines that were particularly prepared for my trouble.
  • Central Documentation and Learning Hub
  • Access to IBM and Developer communities through Stack Overflow or GitHub
  • IBM Cloud product demos and tutorial videos
They surely did. One of the advantages of working with a well established company such as IBM is the big community which can provide support almost instantly on platforms such as stack overflow. The product demos/tutorials are also beneficial since they teach to fish instead of instant relief when there is an issue.
As explained earlier, I was pretty happy with the community support and IBM documentation support.
