Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloudability

Currently using Cloudability to prepare AWS and Azure charge back reports for IT Finance. Using our previous tool we always to conciliate a $5k-25k gap every month

Cons

  • Built in support of ServiceNow CMDB
It is good but some steps to create Dashboards and reports could be more intuitive

After implementations of Cloudability our charge back process has gone down from a 3-4 day affair to a couple of hours. Also Cloudability is always withing $15-30 of our bill versus the prior $5k-25$
