It's quite handy for providing support for a service we used for around two years. It reduced the time and effort needed to complete tasks and copy data. Its AI is the most significant since the decisions it makes are true to life and more productive at work. It's one of IBM's most remarkable products that I've ever seen. That is just amazing.
