Overall Satisfaction with IBM MaaS360

We use Maas360 as our MDM for our phones, tablets, and laptops. this give us the ability of a manage playstore, tracking (only when necessary from leadership), PIN code changes, put certain policies in place, etc. When MaaS360 implementation Android Enterprise it made it easier to setup devices in a timely matter

we moved from mobile iron years ago to Maas360. the integration is easy if you are moving from one MDM to another. Maas360 was easier to use, easily to implement, and gave us the ability to get many devices out in a timely matter. this was also affordable for the size of our company at the time
Android Enterprise made it easy and simple to configure all of our devices. it is just taping through the integration steps along with the username and password locally that is built in within Maas360. you can do about 50 devices within a few hours and have time do more and such
they are both the same however the response times are the difference maker. Maas360 response time is about 1-4 minutes while intune is about 20 secs to a minute. response times are huge in our department with everything to get this out in a timely matter to get devices to our users

the one touch enrollment is super easy and easy to navitage through. it takes last than 5 minutes to go through the initial setup. setup time after that various depends on bandwidth usage. You can do a lot of devices in a short amount of time for growth like we did from 2020 to 2022
