Overall Satisfaction with IBM MaaS360

I use IBM MaaS360 for managing the handheld devices such as mobile phones , tablets in the organization to access email and company resource websites.

Pros

  • The policy administration is very good
  • the access to systems and controlling the usage
  • the reporting feature of all non compliances

Cons

  • The software consumes more battery resources and constantly runs in the background consuming resources
  • The UI can be upgraded and moderniszed
  • We are able to get more people on board who are working remotely
  • the ability to access emails and chat systems on the go
  • the ability to run business on the go
Not all applications are compatible with the IBM MaaS360
THe deployment is not complex and easy to manage
Cost wise IBM MaaS360 is bit on the expensive end but at the end is more stable and is able to be managed by lower administrative costs.
