IBM Security MaaS360 enables organizations to manage and secure a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptop. It provides centralized control over device settings, configurations and policies, allowing IT administrators to enforce security measures and ensure compliance across the mobile fleet. The registration process of devices is very easy to follow.

  • The interface is very user friendly
  • User account password reset is hard
  • Some security features are limited to certain Android/IOS versions.
  • Bit slow to load sometimes
  • Positive impact is defends against phishing.
  • Other positive impact is robust and powerful software
  • Negative impact is does not integrate with Microsoft.
It is always very easy to integrate into all our devices and different technologies. We integrate is very easy. It provides more security in our data, and our devices are fully protected from internet risks and gave us the ability to get many devices out in a timely matter. It is essential to have this software throughout the company to improve security 101%.
It is just too complex for an ameture IT manager to understand and deploy without a background or training in IBM Security MaaS360.
IBM Security MaaS360 is an excellent MDM that is hosted in the cloud. Security policies are highly customizable. Works with all mobile operating systems. IBM Security MaaS360 is capable of providing mobile management for most types of devices. Security profile templates can be set up per device type or per employee type. Overall IBM Security MaaS360 is better the other tools.

I recommend it, We solved the challenge of controlling business devices by putting controls and regulations to them. There is also the option of remotely installing software and managing all devices from a single console. The manager is a joy to work with and provides comprehensive control, allowing us to operate the devices pretty easily.
