We use IBM SevOne as a network performance management solution. Has helped us to monitor and analyze our network infrastructure. SevOne ensures consistent service delivery and has a great user interface.

Pros

  • Gives a overall view to monitor and analyze netwrok.
  • Automated root cause analysis helps to locate and fix issues
  • Handles large volumes of data easily.

Cons

  • Needs stronger support for Google Cloud
  • Need to include detailed troublshooing guide
  • Fewer Outages and network failures
  • Lower costs as expenses tied to manual monitoring and incident resolution
  • Better efficiency and seamless operations
AI-Powered Issue Detection is great. Reduces downtime and network failures.
Proactive Issue Detection as AI-driven insights help predict network failures and downtime.
IBM SevOne is much more capable and is a better option.
