The powerful statistical functionality of the tool is a game-changer for analysis and reporting. The user interface is also very easy to use, even for novice analysts. SPSS is a solid tool, but there are some downsides, such as its price. While the cost is low per user, especially for an enterprise tool, there is also the option to try similar free software. Also, despite its simple "point and click" interface, this simplicity does have its limitations.
