Overall Satisfaction with IBM Verify
In our organisation we mainly use it for Identity management and sometime for MFA as well. The good thing about it is that it has good and clean user interface. It enforces MFA and strong authentication mechanisms, reducing risk of credential theft. Automate HR work like on-boarding and of-boarding.All our corporate employees, IT administrators, and some external vendors uses it.
Pros
- Identity Managment
- Workflow Automation
- Lifecycle management
- Integration with third party apps
Cons
- Complex Workflow for some cases can be simplified.
- Admin Interface and Configuration Complexity
- Lack or missing documentation for some fields.
- Definately improved compliance
- Saved company money and time
- Easy and fast access to employees
I would rate IBM Verify’s availability around 9 out of 10. It’s generally very reliable and stable, even when used across multiple regions. We rarely face downtime or major access issues. Occasionally there might be small delays or login errors during maintenance windows, but overall it stays available whenever we need it.
Its good.
I’d rate IBM Verify’s configurability around 8 out of 10. It offers a wide range of options for setting up MFA, SSO, and access policies without needing much custom code. You can adjust login flows, branding, and rules easily, though some advanced configurations or UI customizations still need technical effort or support from IBM docs.
its gets Complex for some cases, but just right for some cases as well.
