Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Media's Video Streaming
IBM Video Streaming (previously Ustream) has the best pricing around. Their analytics are incredibly granular and their servers have always been reliable. We have used Ustream for two years here and I used it for three at a previous company - it grows with each user and there isn't a product on the market delivering what they offer at this scale and with this feature set.
Pros
- Metrics are great and extremely specific.
- The platform loads quickly and scales to different size video players easily.
- The support structure is unheard of for any of the competitors.
Cons
- Their documentation on how to use their call to action/api features is lacking.
