Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Media's Video Streaming

The product was used to stream and record school events. Streaming was open to all departments, but it was primarily used for athletics, music, chapel services and special events like graduation. It provided a way to share events live and also automatically recorded them and made them available for on-demand playback.

We found the streaming product very good, but I would hesitate to recommend the product because of the pricing changes they made to our longstanding account without any notice. Support was not at all helpful and had no interest in preserving our business. We left the company because of this.
