A good service, but poor support and surprise changes to pricing.

The product was used to stream and record school events. Streaming was open to all departments, but it was primarily used for athletics, music, chapel services and special events like graduation. It provided a way to share events live and also automatically recorded them and made them available for on-demand playback.

We had no issues with concurrent viewership, but our audience would not be considered massive at all.

The metrics provided by the service are very detailed. It was very helpful to be able to determine the locales of our viewership. When events viewers were local to our town, the metrics helped us determine how many people were interested in our event, but not attending it in person.
