A Simple Solution for a Live Streaming Extravaganza!

Once a year the school hosts a sporting event that attracts a large number of people. Basketball and Soccer games are played simultaneously at two different venues on campus. Some families may have more than one child participating in either event. We were tasked with providing a way to allow anyone the ability to watch a live stream on their mobile device or computer while behind a password-protected website. USTREAM has been our go-to solution to make the live stream possible. It has also opened new avenues in terms of getting content delivered to more faculty, staff, and students for other events, including special guest speakers and schoolwide announcements.
