Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Assistant

In my organisation, we use IBM watsonx Assistant for AI related activities. Like if a customer comes in our portal and wants to deep dive into the features we provision on [...]. We have natasha an AI chat bot which is powered by IBM watsonx Assistant. She helps them know about how to navigate through the portal and get job done. Also she helps them in finding a set of related features based on their search

This platform is usable. Most of the APIs can be integrated effortlessly with other platforms we have built. It can be reused at multiple locations as the business demands. Also I can find the customer support to be one of the reasons to use this platform
Customers who are naive , use voice assistant which is used to map their requirements to features we provision. This helps them to develop their apps on their own without intervention of our productologists. With minimal manual intervention, customers can go and build a software they want on the go. This can be paid and brought directly

This platform is well suited in areas where customer experience is a top priority. Well needed in areas where customer can be naive and cannot navigate the platform entirely. This assistant is helpful in assisting them with what they are looking for and getting jobs done without manual intervention
This platform is unsuited for places like small scale organisations and startups due to its costing
