In my organisation, we use IBM watsonx Assistant for AI related activities. Like if a customer comes in our portal and wants to deep dive into the features we provision on [...]. We have natasha an AI chat bot which is powered by IBM watsonx Assistant. She helps them know about how to navigate through the portal and get job done. Also she helps them in finding a set of related features based on their search

This helps them to develop their apps on their own without intervention of our productologists. With minimal manual intervention, customers can go and build a software they want on the go. This can be paid and brought directly
