IBM Orchestrate is the perfect product for connecting different apps, like Salesforce in our case along with Gmail and a couple of others we use in our daily lives... It was easy to import our automations into it's interface without a hitch and there's an AI assistant on top of that, super seamless well worth the change
  • Connecting our salesforce data and creating analytics to suite our needs
  • Has helped simplify some of our complex processes
  • The pricing for our company size was also a plus
  • The initial learning wasn't as easy since there aren't to many guides to learn by oneself
  • Also figuring out how to modify certain AI models was complicated at the beginning
  • The chatbox should be a virtual assistant, it's to automated for my liking
The only thing that really stands out and could use some fixing is the tutorial part of things and they aren't that enticing to learn from... there are still questions that come up and aren't in the tutorials listed... But when we did start creating our own AI tools and implementing them it was very seamless and worked well for most of our team! Which stands out, a lot of IT workers agreeing on a tool is very complicated
  • Super easy once you learn how to use to simplify your work load
  • The pricing isn't to bad, depends on your company size
  • The Language support has also been so useful, the tool can support multiple languages
