Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ideagen Quality Control is used by my organization primarily for completing First Article Inspection Reports, it is very helpful when creating bubble drawings and extracting information from drawings and exporting information into Net-Inspect. It effectively streamlines the process for all employees involved in FAIR's. It has many other features but they are not all relevant to my organization.

The amount spent on the program was easily covered by the profits created from the assistance the program provided

Usability

This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand. The mains issues with usability are in small glitches in the programming.

My personal experience with Ideagen Quality Control only involves First Article Inspection Reports. The program does have many features I have not used, so I am not sure of all the scenarios it would be appropriate to use. It works well for extracting information from drawings, and exporting the information to excel.
