Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Control

We use Ideagen Quality Control in managing inspections and documenting processes. It has been a tremendous help in enabling us to maintain our iso-9001 certification. It assists in handling any and all changes to any of our documentation. It has been extremely helpful to us in handling all aspects of our Quality department.

  • We have some issues with the initial learning curve for some users
  • Difficulty in integrating with our ERP system
  • Positively improved our documentation and change orders
  • After the first year, provide a nice return on our investment
Once you understand the software, the system is very easy to use. After the initial learning curve, our users have embraced the software and it has had a positive effect on our business, especially our Quality Department.
We previously used an in house created system and since moving to Ideagen Quality Control, things have moved forward in a much more efficient way.

The software was very useful in assisting with our annual audit for our ISO 9001 audit. The auditor was impressed with our use of the software and how well we use it. It is extremely well suited for our needs. And had been a integral in maintaining all our documentation and changes.
