Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen WorkRite

For conducting HSE tests for staff and assessing them towards providing the right DSE equipment.

Pros

  • Generate reports
  • Training program
  • Test and assessment capability

Cons

  • Sometimes inability to move smoothly from training to test
  • It enables us avoid waste by narrowing down staff DSE needs.
  • The ability to monitor the number of licenses used is clear and enables us to spend according to our needs.
It would be 10 but for the fact that sometimes, the transition from training to test is not smooth. The user can finish the course but not be prompted to proceed to doing the test. This makes us have incomplete Profiles on the system sometimes. The issue with this is that some people might not receive their DSE equipment.
