Pros

  • Automated activities/workflow
  • Easy for all users to access information when security allowed
  • Reduced reliance on papaer

Cons

  • Perhaps some more functionality/ease of use integrating with shipping software
  • Huge efficiency gains, faster response to customers, far reduced costs from improved effective process management, reduced labor costs - doing more with less
Epicor/Profit 21. Infor has greater functionality across greater breadth of business requirements
The rating would be higher but I'm not part of the decision team at this time.
The more complicated/complex the distributor's business requirements are, the better suited Infor is.
