Overall Satisfaction with Infor ERP

Infor ERP is used within some of our managed facilities to cut costs and provide exceptional planning capabilities. This allows for very high efficiency with a mostly temp workforce. It allows us to be price competitive in operations where we would not otherwise be.

Pros

  • Customization, Customization, Customization. If you need a form to do something, you can modify it yourself with a bit of .net experience.
  • Intuitive. The flow of the application just makes sense, when you're stuck, help is available for just about any field with the click of a mouse.

Cons

  • Speed, sometimes the application can lag a bit. Although, this is to be expected with SaaS applications sometimes.
  • Increased planner efficiency
  • Opened the door to many more opportunities for our organization to sell to
The solution is highly suited to any organization that needs powerful planning, customization and a low cost of operation. Most ERP solutions do the same things the same way. The key is finding the one that can keep you competitive through customization for specific business needs and a price point better than others.

Using Infor ERP

Their support has been second to none. Quick to respond, knowledgeable in their help. Whenever our clients have a new need or strategy change, Infor is there to help us implement that for our client in an efficient manner. Cost continues to be a prime mover for our renewal of this product.
