Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The hospital uses Infor ERP as a recruitment tool for tracking applications, generating reports, sending message templates and automated responses, and other uses in many departments. Infor ERP helps recruiters, managers, and others in human resources to track candidate progress, look back at previous applicants, share data, and review qualifications for roles within the organization.

In my experience , it does not allow users to navigate through information quickly
I believe, when using infor for recruitment, candidates should be able to upload documents required for the position. In my experience, Infor does not allow us to specify this.

Alternatives Considered

In my opinion, Infor ERP lacks in a lot of customizable features and navigation through the system. I believe If you are using this for the recruitment process in your organization, the system is very slow to navigate, does not accommodate for high volume of applicants, and you can experience a lot of issues with communication between systems. In my opinion, Infor ERP does not collect or transmit data easily between other systems, even when integrated.

In my opinion, Infor ERP is best used for an organization with low applicant numbers. In my opinion, I do not feel that the system is designed for high volume recruitment besides allowing the number of applicants to come through. In my experience, the system is very slow, navigating through the pages is redundant and you feel as if you hit a dead-end before you have to open in a new tab or screen to get to the same information. In my experience, there is a very limited amount of quick views in the system so you need to navigate to other pages to get the full information frequently I believe this is not ideal for use during calls or meeting.
