Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)

As implemented, Syteline onprem has allowed customizations needed to support our business model. The interface is a bit touchy, causing a user the need to redo processes for no apparent reason. The ability to add custom data views has allowed for the reporting to be acceptable and has also allowed for less programming to accommodate needs.

Syteline is Suited for customization to meet business-specific business models and allows for third-party customization and coding as well. It integrates well with, for example, visual studio coding and applications that provide a good way to report and cover avenues not covered well in the application, such as inventory counting or bills of lading.
