Salesforce CRM is used across Organization by the key users of the different business entities. Informatica Cloud Data Integration helps in asynchronous transfer of data from Infor ERP to Salesforce CRM and vice versa. Since it is a cloud based application, a physical server is not required to house the applications. It helps meet the business requirements and is very cost effective.
Pros
- Implementation of any integrations with Informatica Cloud Data can be done easily. A consultant with base knowledge about integrations can easily implement.
- It has inbuilt aggregate functions which can be used during mapping source table fields with target table fields.
- Source and Target database connections can be easily configured with minimum no of steps.
- Source data can be easily filtered through by applying conditions.
Cons
- It doesn't quite support complex implementations.
- It doesn't support complex SQL Queries.
- Working towards attaching a document to a mail, needs a work around. A shell script has to be written and to be executed.
- Configuring integration for Re-processing of failed records needs proper design of the system.
