Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We use Infosec IQ for HIPAA Compliance, Security and Awareness Training, custom training modules, and phishing simulations
  • The trainings are high quality and highly relevant to our clinicians and specialists
  • Custom modules allow us to cover company-specific security and compliance topics
  • The SecurIQ interface needs some work to more closely align with some of our use cases. It's usable, but you need to be smart about things like naming conventions.
  • Comprehensive training content for HIPAA and Security Awareness
  • Learner management
  • Custom training modules
  • It's easy to kick off training campaigns and phishing simulations, saving time to work on other aspects of HIPAA compliance maturity

The training videos [on Infosec IQ] are very high quality and better tailored to our employees' circumstances, e.g. medical professionals. The user interface takes some working with to get used to, but it's well worth it for the quality courses.
