  • Able to see other colleague's accounts.
  • Scheduling was extremely difficult. We were actually told by account reps that it wasn't made for scheduling...then why have a calendar???
  • Events that were repeated would show up incorrect on the calendar and would not reflect the desired time span.
  • The modules would often crash and leave our team out of commission. This was especially troublesome when I had to schedule the immense travel itineraries for the CEO and other team members.
  • Personally, I don't think it was efficient nor do I feel it was for the company. We were constantly on the phone trying to sort out glitches and it really hindered my productivity during the day because I constantly had to clean the calendars up.
It simply is not a user friendly system.
I would tell them to look at any other CRM management system. Infusionsoft was horrible.
