Overall Satisfaction
I've been helping other small business owners with their Infusionsoft accounts. These business owners are using it for their entire organization to better streamline their programs and get their business setup to scale and grow more easily. Infusionsoft helps streamline the software and tools needed to run their business, often saving money, always making data more clear! All customer information including dollars spent, products purchased, emails opened, etc is easily searchable and in one place. Implementing Infusionsoft often means cancelling other programs that were not "talking together." We've been able to build a series of templates and systems to make setting up new programs much faster while improving the customer experience.
Pros
- Marketing Automation: Ability to setup very targeted marketing campaign sequences with specific goals. Once a prospect makes a purchase the system knows to stop sending marketing emails pushing that particular product.
- Post-Purchase Follow Up: Many opportunities and sales fall through the cracks because businesses don't have a solid follow up plan in place. Infusionsoft allows us to automatically add customers to follow up campaigns to check in on their level of satisfaction, ask for feedback, offer new opportunities, alert about new events, or up-sell. All automatic, setup in advance!
- Lead Scoring: Setup rules specific to your own personal goals. Assign a point system to various actions: opening an email, clicking a link, making a purchase during X timeframe, etc. Setup the point system that works for your business and get an automatic alert when contacts fall into a "hot-lead" category. This allows you to focus your sales follow up efforts to those prospects who are most likely to convert to new customers.
Cons
- Infusionsoft can be a challenge for new less-tech savvy customers. As a business owner, technology is not always a top skill. I've worked with a number of clients who purchased Infusionsoft in an effort to grow their business only to be completely overwhelmed and scared about how to get it setup and operational.
- Better one-on-one account management with regular check-in's to make sure that the Infusionsoft customer is happy, has all the resources they need for setup. This may help get people shifted over and fully converted to Infusionsoft faster so it doesn't feel like a financial burden paying for old systems (Constant Contact, MailChimp, 1ShoppingCart, etc) AND Infusionsoft simultaneously for several months.
- A "before we get started" checklist to help new clients get more prepared before their first training session. For example: Have your business logo .jpg ready w dimensions of X, Have a .jpg email header logo(s) available w dimension of X, Have a sample product image available, have a CSV file of your contacts exported from your existing email program, have X questions prepared so we can begin working on your specific needs asap.

Infusionsoft is an ALL IN ONE solution that ties together all elements of your small business - email marketing, post purchase follow up, CRM, ecommerce/online store including digital product sales, ability to grow email list w free opt-in gift, custom web forms to provide more efficient follow ups. Many people are paying a monthly fee for many systems that don't automatically work together. The details are often confusing, and a mess to manage or take too much time to export data from several systems then patch together to really learn about your business.
