Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase Sales Intelligence

Used by Sales for the last 3 years that I worked at this company and it was a very good resource and an easy to use product

Pros

  • Sourcing contacts
  • Contact information
  • Role/responsibility of a contact and organizational chart
  • Compelling events within that organization

Cons

  • Tighter integration with Salesforce
  • More up to date contact info, sometimes the information was stale or old
  • Increase Sales by finding relevant contacts
  • Speed up time for prospecting through linkedin
  • Provides quick access to information that is found on companies websites
  • Jigsaw,Hoover's
Light years ahead of these older tools that were great in their time
Knowing how many users have access to the tool. Training on it is not necessary but there were a lot of new features where training could help on an ongoing basis.

i believe the tool was not cheap at the time we bought it
