Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase Sales Intelligence

Reaching out to a possible customer in the sales industry has been very difficult, but with the data that InsideView provides, everything becomes much simpler.

Pros

  • Data quality.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Reliability.

Cons

  • So far the only issue I've experienced is the occasional website shutdown.
  • The number of customers we have has increased.
  • Our sales increased because of the data that InsideView provides.
The website does not require training for you to use it as it is very easy to use. I love how updated the data is as well.
