Overall Satisfaction with Intralinks
We've used intralinks for data room purposes to support the exchange of data and documents for acquisitions. It is not used across the entire organization but generally for project use instead. It addresses the difficulty of sharing large documents with multiple users at multiple locations worldwide, and also creates a central repository to memorialize information that has been exchanged. Additionally, it provides for document control which is helpful when users are making changes to the same document.

Intralinks is more robust and has a more professional user interface. I use both products but I would default to intralinks if it was an important project involving outside resources or partners. Box I feel is perfectly suitable for internal projects that involve department members or multiple company departments.
