Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Enterprise Suite

We use IES to successfully manage 7 companies. The streamlined functionality and easy learning curve have been wonderful for our team. We dipped our toe in with QuickBooks Online a few years ago and very quickly moved all our companies over. The familiar interface and IES support team made our "graduation" to IES seamless. I am amazed at how we operated without it in the past.

Pros

  • Auto invoicing and payment collection.
  • Integration with our various banks and credit cards.
  • Real time reporting.

Cons

  • More robust ACH integration.
  • We streamlined processes so well that the 1st year we saved 2X the cost of the IES implementation, and we project the same, if not better, in Year 2.
While the product is very user-friendly, of course, there will be times when you need some assistance. This is where the IES team shines. Responsive and knowledgeable, the IES experts are a breath of fresh air. While other companies seem to dumb down the CS experience, Intuit has upped the game.
