Great Product Super Scalable Well Supported
Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Enterprise Suite
We switched from QBO Advanced to Intuit Enterprise Suite for the intercompany, consolidation, and general ease of managing multiple entities. We utilize most of Intuit's product suite, including all of accounting, AR, AP, Payroll, and Merchant Processing.
Pros
- Consolidated reporting across multiple entities
- Shared chart of accounts for accounting consistency
- Ease of switching between account files
- The extra dedicated account-level support has been amazing
- Faster/easier access to customer support is great
Cons
- A few little things around making chart of account synchronization easier
- Still a little work to be done to make splitting bills between entities a little faster
- Authentication/security process when utilizing support is a bit too laborious, esp given that I'm the one initiating the inquiry from inside my system!
- Overall our experience has been great - easy and smooth onboarding process
- Better support experience has surprised and delighted the team in ways I wasn't really expecting
- I like it more than I expected I would - the convenience of having it all in one place and being able to toggle through entities is really a major improvement
IES is a significant step up for multi-entity organizations. Even with one entity, the additional support really has been worth it beyond what I expected.
