Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
We are a new user of ION Interactive and currently the tool will be utilized as part of our digital marketing strategy. We are going to incorporate the interactive content to our engagement campaigns, as well as through social media and our content hub. IT will be used within our marketing department and we are introducing the solution to our subsidiaries. With ION Interactive, we will now be able to provide content that is more engaging to our customers while capturing their behavior. This will help us to better identify what our customers are looking for.
- Their on boarding experience has been excellent. I have had to onboard other solutions in the past and I think this has been the easiest.
- I like how their are videos, training and live support available to assist you.
- The only con I see so far is that I wish their was an undo button. As a new user, their are several times when I need to undo what I just did. This is the only thing I have identified and I am able to work around it.
- We are still assessing the return on investment from an engagement perspective but what it has already allowed us to do is to give us another method to engage our customers through our digital efforts.
We did look at a few options in the beginning but what I found was that ION Interactive offers more content options and they are always creating new templates.
