It is being used by the marketing department. We use it to track what content our prospects are downloading and interacting with. We have a better understanding of what message is resonating and what CTA is more appealing. We are able to optimize conversion rates.

- Doesn't have an undo button
- If you accidentally delete you can't recover your page
- It allows us to tailor our marketing messaging based on audience
- It helps us improve the performance of our marketing. The reports lets us know who is really interacting with our marketing content and what kind of content they really want
