Overall Satisfaction with Ivanti Patch
Ivanti Patch was actually purchased about a month before I was hired. I had no idea what it did or how it would do it so implementing it for sure was going to be a challenge. However, all I had to do was reach out to our sales rep and he had a technical person jump on and get me going within minutes. We use it exclusively in the IT dept to manage all of our Microsoft and 3rd party patching for hundreds of desktops and servers. It works, I very rarely have any issues and if I do, they are really quick at getting back to you and working on the issue. Scheduling patching is amazing and being able to build your own template with just the programs you want patched is awesome.
