Overall Satisfaction with Joule

Enhancing time savings by simplification and consistency allowing process to work easier and product was easy to use

Pros

  • Easier to use with automation
  • Data driven and provides me better insights
  • Integrates well with our other systems

Cons

  • Needs more work from an AI perspective but that’s always a work in progress
  • Upgrading it is a bit of work
  • Extra costs associated
  • Less head count due to efficiencies and speed
  • Removing extra approvals as decisions are made quicker
  • Productivity increased and more focus on other tasks
As I said it’s so efficient and user friendly. My only reason for not giving it a full 10 is maintenance is quite a burden and can be difficult but overall it enhances our productivity and really easy to use!

When you need results and deliverables faster , we had a situation we needed to extract that information fast and Joule allowed us to gather the insights quickly to be able to use in a presentation
