Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Service

Khoros helps our creative team with social planning and publishing. It saves time and helps us gain hours managing campaigns. We also use it for social listening to stay aware of all the trends that can be helpful in our daily work, getting easy insights from the service.

  • Get a least 1/2 trends ideas we can use everyday from social listening.

I would recommend the publishing/posting part, but I would consider using another tool for social listening as I am unsure it is the best tool for that.
I am not so concerned about that, as my agency hasn't grown that much over the past few years. However, I can see how useful it can be for companies that are growing very fast.
I don't have many insights to share about it, but our creative team, which was slightly reluctant at first, managed to use it very quickly and now enjoys its positive effects.

Khoros is well-suited for social media planning and publishing. It is super helpful and easy to use, allowing you to gain time throughout your day. On the contrary, in my opinion, there are better tools for social listening. For example, I had the chance to try Talkwalker, and its UX is more effective.
