Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Service

I currently use the service to respond to twitter DM, Facebook Messages, Instragram DMs, iMessage and Google Message. The issue are that the application is slow when we are extremely busy. As well, the service should have some authentication option for customer service purposes. There should be an option to edit ABC chat names so that it’s easier to track conversations.

The program does what it is designed to do. However, customization or personalization options for agents would bring it to a 10/10. The system does a great job of making communications seamless. Different notification preferences for missed convos. They do provide Great speed and fast resolution time from support teams!
Lacking in updated user guides. Limited in things that can be done when tasks and assignments are pushed. The program overall needs a refresh to be more eye catching and appealing to users. Great reporting and options. Should be linked to Excel, would save time. Khoros is good for productivity information.
