Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
PhishER is used to respond to reported phishing emails from users. We utilize the platform to respond to all reported emails. It has greatly decreased the effort to respond to 100% of reported emails. By automating most of the process with QuickActions and utilizing PhishML we have been able to respond to users about the emails they report and also purge malicious emails from our environment faster.
- Easy to use and understand interface
- PhishML is very accurate at categorizing emails
- PhishRIP and the automations are very useful
- The ability to send emails to users is a key feature
- Reported emails sometimes take a long time to appear in the console
- PhishRIP searches sometimes crash and/or take a very long time to complete
- The ability to automatically delete emails instead of moving to the quarantine folder
- Grouping of similar emails so that bulk actions can be taken
- 24/7 autonomous response to malicious emails using PhishML and PhishRIP
- Closing the communication loop when users report a suspicious email
- Freeing up analyst time to complete other tasks
PhishER has greatly reduced the time needed to respond to a reported email. Using PhishML possible threats are automatically quarantined preventing attack. The analyst is then able to use a QuickAction button as a one click response to communicate the outcome to the user and purge the email or take other action.
My organization uses PhishML and PhishRIP
These two features have allowed the organization to automatically respond to email threats even when an analyst isn't online to manually view the threat. PhishML also provides an extra data point to assist an analyst in making a decision about the intent of an email
