Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
This is a great tool for automatically handling phishing emails that users report via the Phish Alert button that PhishER adds into the GMail client. We have set up processing rules that automatically remove the reported email from all other users' mailboxes when PhishER is confident the reported email is actually a phish. For emails that it's not certain about, there's a simple web portal flow that lets admins check the email, mark it accordingly, and run the remove-from-mailboxes action as needed.

- The workflow for manually handling phish removal from all mailboxes is a bit "clicky"
- Web UI can be a little slow
- PhishER Plus (the shared blocklist) doesn't support GMail, only 365
- Saves time for all staff and improves safety by allowing admins to remove reported phishing emails from all other recipients' mailboxes
Staff time is saved by PhishER removing reported phishes from all mailboxes, not just that of the reporter. It also means fewer users are exposed to the risk that the phish poses.
We use PhishML and PhishRIP. PhishFlip hasn't been needed as KnowBe4's simulated phishing templates are already very good.
We've saved a lot of staff time and reduced our risk by using PhishER.
